After an initial consultation we'll develop a training plan unique to your needs. To compliment your PT sessions you'll have access to our App so you can view your plan at any time, record how your training went and track your progress.
The more seasoned of you may want a good old fashioned 'beasting' to get ready for that special occasion. With 6 and 12 week 'beat up' packages available working together we can get you there!

We all know that what you eat impacts on your health but it can be difficult to manage by yourself. We'll give you guidance on what you need to be eating and how much of it to help you achieve your goals faster.
If your busy lifestyle means you struggle to commit to regular sessions with your PT but would benefit from a structured training plan this could be the option for you: 1 hour consultation inc. basic fitness assessment - 1 x 4 week plan for you to work on alone - 1 x 30 minute catch up at the end of week 4 (in person or virtually) to check on progress and update your plan for the next 4 weeks.
