Coming from a military background your PT is Gav Ward - you'll quickly realise that if you give 100% commitment to your fitness journey you'll get the same back from him. After an initial consultation we'll develop a training plan unique to your needs. To compliment your PT sessions you'll have access to our App so you can view your plan at any time, record how your training went and track your progress.

If your busy lifestyle means you struggle to commit to regular sessions with your PT but would benefit from a structured training plan this could be the option for you: 1 hour consultation inc. basic fitness assessment - 1 x 4 week plan for you to work on alone - 1 x 30 minute catch up at the end of week 4 (in person or virtually) to check on progress and update your plan for the next 4 weeks.
